3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before requesting a withdrawal:

• The account verification (KYC) process must be completed.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳40,000 in bets before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

The following rules regarding bonuses must be followed strictly:

• Each player may claim one welcome bonus.
• Transferring funds from a bonus balance to another player is prohibited.
• If evidence of misuse, manipulation, or fraud relating to bonus benefits is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be voided.

4.4 VIP Program

nbje's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%.
